Winter Tour 4
Days: 8
Route: Bishkek - Ala Archa - Burana - Chon Kemin - Issyk Kul lake - Karakol - Jeti Oguz - Kochkor - Kyzyl Oi - Bishkek

Day 1: Bishkek - Ala Archa - Bishkek
We are glad to see you travelling in Kyrgyzstan. When you arrive at Manas International Airport, you will be met by our driver and reach to the capital of Kyrgyz Republic - Bishkek. It will take about 30 minutes (depends on traffic). Winter Tour 4 will be start of driving to Ala Archa gorge. We hope that, you have enough warm clothes and special equipment to travel in Kyrgyzstan. On way, you will be told about restrictions which didn't allow locals to enter the gorge. Only V.I.P had special order access. Today, everyone is free to explore this amazing gorge. You will pass by the great Tien Shan mountain range and get inspiration. It will take about 45 km from the capital. Don't miss to stop for photos and capture winter panoramic view of the gorge. It is magic! In the afternoon, you will have a city tour and explore the next interesting places as the Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala-Too Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic and others. On way, you can fulfill yourself with warm drinks and snacks. In the end of the day, you will have overnight in a hotel.  

Day 2: Bishkek - Burana - Chon Kemin
Today, you will visit the famous Asian Bazaar. Being in Asian Bazaar, you will have opportunity to taste street food, buy national clothes and other items of Kyrgyz culture. We recommend you to wear warm clothes due to cold weather in winter period. There will be a lot of photo stops, where you can take wonderful pictures among beautiful gorges and landscape. Driving on snowy roads, you will visit Burana Tower. It appeared in the 11^th century. In addition, you will notice an open air museum of Balbals (stone warriors). Later, you will drive to Chon Kemin gorge and see the best panoramic view. After a hearty dinner, you will spend the night in a home stay. 

Day 3: Chon Kemin
We are glad to present you the next day of having horse riding among Chon Kemin gorge. You will ride on dirt roads and feel yourself as nomad. On route, you may see wild mountain inhabitants and capture them. In Chon Kemin, you will get acquainted with hospitable Kyrgyz families and walk in the park. With us, your tours will be unforgettable and you will see the real beauty of Kyrgyzstan in winter. After, you will have traditional lunch and return to Bishkek. After a long day, you will spend the night in a home stay.

Day 4: Chon Kemin - Issyk Kul lake northern shore - Karakol
Today, you will visit Issyk Kul Lake. It is important to note that, this lake has a magical feature of not getting freeze. It is the second largest alpine lake in the world of 1608 m above sea level. We hope that, you will be impressed by this fairy lake in tours in Kyrgyzstan. Some people considered this lake sacred due to healing processes. After, we will start our way to drive in Karakol city. You can visit ski and enjoy your winter holidays. In Karakol, you will visit the famous Dungan mosque. You will be impressed if you learn that, the mosque does not include any metal ligaments. Moving on, you will find stone patterns on rocks. There are ancient petroglyphs as well. Then, you will visit the old wooden Orthodox Church and learn more about religions. After the busy and productive day, your night will be in a guesthouse. 

Day 5: Karakol - Jeti Oguz - Issyk Kul southern shore - Kochkor  
We will start our tour of driving to Jeti Oguz gorge (Seven Bulls). We recommend you to wear warm winter shoes and have special equipment for movement among snowy gorges and valleys. You will see red rocks which remain blood. If you go back, you will notice the Broken Heart Mountain. There are many legends about this gorge. For seeing panoramic view, we recommend you to go on top and capture one of the best views. After a short hiking trip, you will drive to Bokonbaeva village and meet with berkutchi (eagle trainer). He will share some important information about eagles. You can take photos with them and even see their hunts on foxes, hares, rabbits and even wolves. You will have a coffee break and continue route to Kochkor. You will spend the night in a home stay.

Day 6: Kochkor - Kyzyl Oi
Today, you will have opportunity to see how Kyrgyz felt carpets are made. In the course of winter trip, you will learn the art of making unique carpets and even make your own in this amazing tour. Kyrgyz carpets are really famous around the world. Kyrgyz people use different kind of ornaments on carpets as well as pictures of mountains and nature. Moving on, you will have opportunity to visit a small handicraft museum and find ancient silver decorations, coats made of wolves, horse saddle decorations, carpets and other interesting items. Later on, you will drive to Kyzyl Oi village and spend the night in a home stay.

Day 7: Kyzyl Oi - Bishkek
Today, you will come back to Bishkek. After meeting with locals, we will drive to the capital of Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek. On your way, you will get impression of endless valleys and gorges. You may notice running rabbits on the roads and even see fox. Time by time, you will have a lot of photo stops, where you can take beautiful photos and make your holidays memorable. On route, you will visit Tue Ashuu pass. It is important to note that, the height of the pass is more than 3000 meters! We have to admit that, this road is considered to be the most beautiful in Kyrgyzstan. After, you will get acquainted with nomads and taste national food. After a long day, you will spend the night in a hotel.

Day 8: Bishkek - Airport
