Route: Bishkek - Burana - Kochkor - Son Kul - Issyk Kul southern shore - Karakol - Issyk Kul Lake northern shore - Chon Kemin - Bishkek
Day 1: Bishkek
It is pleasure to see travelers in Kyrgyzstan. When you arrive at the Manas International Airport, the driver will meet you and transfer to capital city of Kyrgyzstan. It will take 30 minutes from the airport. Guests will have a city tour of Bishkek and visit the Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala Too Square, the National Arts Museum, National Philharmonic and so on. We will visit Asian Bazaar and enjoy local atmosphere. Transfer to a hotel.
Day 2: Bishkek - Burana - Kochkor - Son Kul
The tour will start by travelling to the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan - Son Kul. This lake is bounded by mountains. It is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan and located at an altitude of 3013 meters above sea level. Kyrgyz nomads used to spend time there along nature. We will visit Burana Tower of an 11th century minaret and an open air museum of Balbals (stone warriors). Afterwards we will arrive in Kochkor village and meet with a local family. You will see how Kyrgyz felt carpets are made. Night is in a hotel.
Day 3: Son Kul - Kochkor
In the morning we will have free time at Son Kul Lake. You will explore pristine nature and take many vibrant photos. Travelers will have chance to talk with nomads and learn more about their lifestyle. We will drive to the village of Kochkor found right in the gorge. In the end of day, we will drive to Kochkor village. Rest is in a homestay.
Day 4: Kochkor - Issyk Kul southern shore - Karakol
We will travel to the celestial Issyk Kul Lake. It is the second largest alpine lake in the world. This lake is called "the pearl of Central Asia" and sacred one. Travelers will have the opportunity to see mountains from all four wings. The tour will be continued to Bokonbaeva village and meet a local eagle-hunter. You will see an eagle show and picture them. We will visit the famous gorge of Jeti Oguz and the Broken Heart Mountain. Afterwards continue a way to Karakol town. Overnight is in a guesthouse.
Day 5: Karakol - Issyk Kul Lake northern shore - Chon Kemin
In the morning we will travel to Issyk Kul Lake via the northern shore of Issyk Kul Lake. You can see the whole lake from all wings. Travelers will have fun and enjoy the unique nature. In the second part of day we will visit a small local museum and find many historical items as handicraft, music instruments and artifacts. Home stay in Chon Kemin village.
Day 6: Chon Kemin - Bishkek
In the morning you will adore 3 hours of horse riding in Chon Kemin gorge. You will enjoy a ride along forests and gorges. On the way you can capture beautiful photos and relish the magnificent beauty. Travelers can see wild animals as hares, foxes and even wolves. There is a pleasing panorama view of the gorge! Afterwards is transfer to Bishkek city. Transfer to a hotel for sleep.
Day 7: Bishkek - Airport
In the morning is transfer to airport. Have a safe flight!
