Route: Dushanbe - Hissor - Ramit - Iskanderkul Lake - Dushanbe
Day 1: Dushanbe - Hissor - Dushanbe
On arrival in Tajikistan, the driver will meet you in the airport and accompany to Dushanbe. The tour will start by driving 35 km to visit Hisor fortress (VII-XVII centuries) which was the residence of the delegate of the Emir of Bukhara and located on a high hill. Inside there was a pool and a garden and across from the fortress there was a busy market square with a caravan serai and shops as well as two imposing towers. We will see monuments of "Madrasa I Kuhna" (new school of 16th-17th centuries), mosque; the mausoleum of "Mahdumi Azam" (16th century) and back to Dushanbe. Later on we will visit Botanical garden and Victory Park with a panorama view on the city. Night is in a hotel.
Day 2: Dushanbe - Ramit - Dushanbe
In the morning we will visit the state natural reserve "Ramit" by the Government of the Tajik SSR in 1959. It is situated in the Ramit gorge, near the town of Vahdat, more than 80 kilometers from the city of Dushanbe. The area of the reserve is at an altitude of 1176-3195 m above sea level, on the slopes of the Hissar Range. There is a river trout fish is found in it. In the hilly area there is a rich flora, where there are several names of medicinal herbs. Travelers will see mountain goats, wild boars, and other species of animals and birds. There is the reserve of the creation of an artificial population of Bukhara deer. Rest is in a hotel.
Day 3: Dushanbe - Iskanderkul Lake
We will drive high Mountain lake - Iskanderkul (2 255 m. a. s. l.) which is placed in the famous Fann Mountains. This tremendous area is one of the best places of Central Asia. The road to the lakes goes over Anzob pass (3 372 m) with remarkable panorama views. Travelers will walk along it beaches and hike 40 minutes to see a waterfall. Tajikistan profits the second place amid the CIS countries for volume of water resources. Also it is the highest water reserves of all Central Asian countries with more than 1 000 rivers, 2 000 lakes and 8000 glaciers. Night is in a homestay.
Day 4: Iskanderkul Lake
In the morning we will have a hiking trip at this Fann Mountains. Fann mountains is defined to be incredible mountain area known in ancient times as "Kuhistan". Kuhistan is Farsi word for "Mountainous Country". In Fanns, you will find more than 30 lakes of different size. Fann Mountains are a common tourist destination and weekend spot with locals. It is also a fine trekking and climbing destination. This area has rich flora and fauna as well as panorama views. Rest is in a homestay.
Day 5: Iskanderkul Lake - Dushanbe
In the morning we will travel to Dushanbe through Anzob pass (3 372 m) and tunnel of Isticlol. The road will pass over a mountain passes. The second half of the day is devoted to a city tour. First of we will visit Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. We will walk to National park to make photos of Ministry of Inner Affairs and see the biggest National Flag in the world - 165 m high pole, 30 m wide, 60 m long. Then visit Central Museum and Gurminj Museum of traditional musical instruments. Night is in a hotel.
Day 6: Airport
In the morning is transfer to airport. Have a safe flight.
